IRISH FOOD & CULTURE EXPERIENCES
Join me in my Victorian Dublin City home for a real Irish food & culture experience. And a real Irish welcome
First we'll relax with some tea or coffee. Then we’ll make two Irish food bakes traditional in Irish culture.
As we bake we'll chat about all kinds of things. I will share passion for Irish food, past and present along with Irish food trends. I'll tell you about Irish culture, my Irish childhood and growing up in Ireland. I'll answer questions you have on Ireland and can recommend things to do/places to eat. Learn more about Irish sport (GAA) and I will show you a Gaelic football, hurl, helmet and sliotar!
When the food is ready, we sit down and enjoy the warm Irish baking with tea/coffee and chat some more! We’ll enjoy fresh butter and jam melting into the warm scones, delicious. The warm spiced apple cake is so good with a good dollop of fresh cream which melts into it, absolutely devine. Any leftover food can be taken home along with the recipes.
You will really get a unique insight into Irish life and culture, this is a very special experience.
As a DIET & WELLNESS COACH I'll share my healthy food and cooking tips so you can live healthier lives.
This is a hands-on food experience and suitable for 8+ years, ideal for families, friends and small groups.
Dietary requirements can be catered for, just let me know in advance.
Other Irish food options are available e.g. Irish Stew, Soda Bread, Bacon & Cabbage. Please email me for information.
Everything is provided, just come along and experience a truely unique Food & Culture Experience.
