Writing a journal is one of the single greatest things you can do for yourself.

It changes your negative thoughts & mindset to a positive one.  The shift is incredible.

To GET YOUR COPY  send €18 by Revolut or Paypal and include a message with the name & address of whom the journal should be posted to.  

Journals are delivered by An Post.
Spend 5 minutes each day writing 5 things which you are grateful for.  If 5 seems too many then write 3 - you will soon get into the hang of it and lots of things you are grateful, some small and others big!

Gratitude sentences can be a simple as:

          "I'm grateful that I am writing this journal"

          "I'm grateful the sun is shining"
          "I'm grateful I have food to eat"
